Yes! Your four-legged friend is welcome in our facility. We ask for an extra fee of €25.00 for the cleaning and sanitization service after check-out.

Unexpected events happen, but there’s no problem! If you had already paid with a credit card and need to change plans, you can contact us and cancel your stay up to at least 5 days before. However, if you had already paid by bank transfer, the amount paid cannot be refunded.

Our advice is to complete the online check-in 3 days before your arrival. It’s a simple and fast method to access your apartment immediately. To enter the building, we will provide you with a 4-digit code, which will be sent via email a few days before your stay. On the day of arrival, we will explain where to enter the access code to reach the apartment, spa, gym, underground parking, and elevator. The only thing to do is to inform us of your arrival time, and we will be here waiting for you!

Unfortunately, the vacation has come to an end! But we are already looking forward to seeing you again. The check-out time is at 11:00.

It’s not allowed to smoke in the apartments.

Our advice is to purchase your stay directly on our website, as it always ensures the best guaranteed rate. You can pay with a credit card or by bank transfer to be deposited 3 days before your arrival.

Among our services, we provide a small number of e-bikes for you to explore the beauty of the area in a sustainable and enjoyable way. To reserve your e-bike, send us a message on WhatsApp with your request. The bikes are conveniently located inside the garage, and the daily rental cost is €50.00.

The indoor spa is opened from 4:00 to 7:00 PM and costs € 30,00/ day per couple. Otherwise, if you booked throught Booking.com the spa costs € 60,00/ day per couple.

The indoor gym is free and available to all guests. If you wish to book a private gym session, please send us a request via Whatsapp.

Each apartment is equipped with a fridge and kitchen appliances for complete independence. Therefore, our facility does not offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner. However, we have created a mini guide specifically for you, scannable via QR code, with our recommendations for the best restaurants, cafes, and venues nearby. There are many excellent options to choose from!

Our parking is underground and inside the facility, equipped with access codes and cameras. It has 3/4 parking spaces and is free for all guests of our vacation home. In case of need, we have two additional parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the facility.
